The apartment was also conveniently close to local attractions, with easy access to transportation options such as buses to both Blackpool and Lytham.

The flat was absolutely stunning - immaculate, beautiful building, and mind-blowingly clean. The bed and sofa were super comfortable, and there was loads of storage space if you wanted to stay longer. The electric fireplace was a jaw-dropping touch, and alongside the heating, it kept us cozy. The owner, Paul, was incredibly helpful and always ready to assist with any questions. The location was extremely convenient, just a 2-minute walk to the beach and about 5 minutes to the city center. We will definitely check this property first for availability when we return to the area. The bathroom was spacious with a fantastic walk-in shower , great sink and storage spaces. The apartment had all the essentials - a large table with four chairs, microwave, fridge, and a kettle. The wardrobe space was okay, and the large sofa was very comfy. The decor was simple and clean, and the lighting was great. The apartment was quiet at night, located at the back of the building, so no disturbances. It was an easy walk to both St Annes and the beachfront. The local attractions were close by, and there was a bus stop right outside the property, making it easy to get to Blackpool and Lytham. The apartment itself was lovely, everything was taken care of, and the use of space was excellent. Gaining access was easy, and returning the keys was a breeze. We stayed for the Lytham festival and the bus ride was just a short 10 minutes each way. The buses even ran later than usual to accommodate festival-goers. this clean, well-located apartment was a fantastic find. The communication with the owner was very good, and the instructions were easy to follow. The area was convenient, with on-street parking available. We highly recommend it.

The owner, Paul, was very welcoming and the apartment was clean and fresh with all the modern amenities I needed. The location was great, with plenty of shops, bars, and restaurants nearby, and the beach and promenade were not far away. I had a wonderful stay at St Anne's Lodge and would definitely book it again if available.
